I agree with Anita, you should look for professional help to solve your problem instead of looking for local remedies that has not been proven.

There are many different products on the market that should do the job but yet there are so many other natural ways that do the same. Who wants to use chemicals while you can make your own remedy safely at home. Some might work for you and some might not but that is up to you to try it and decide. So hair loss what is it really and why do we suffer from it? Hair loss, also known as baldness refers to excessive hair loss from scalp and can be the result of heredity, certain medications or an underlying medical condition. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. However, some people may experience excessive hair loss which might cause baldness. Hair loss of this type can affect men, women and children.

Without question men are genetically predisposed toward hair loss. worrying about losing your hair, is one of the major causes of hair loss and often times if the stress level can be brought down by adopting an exercise routine, taking a vacation, or following some meditative discipline, thinning hair will improve. Other culprits in premature hair loss in men could be change in hormone levels perhaps as a result of treatment for testicular or prostate cancer , the use of a new medication like an antidepressant , or an over use of vitamin supplements as part of a fitness routine. Too much Vitamin A, for instance, can cause hair loss.

Hi friends, what i have gathered that female hair loss is often traced to fluctuating hormones during pregnancy or during menopause. Child carrying is pne of the main reasons of thinning of hair. another area while there are lot of thinning of hair in case of women is the time of menopause. During this time, women face the annoying dilemma of thinning hair on their heads and coarse, growing hair on their chin, upper lip, and cheeks. The thyroid is at the root of many of these problems as is an increase in testosterone during this phase of a woman s life.

Heloo all, it is common to shed 50-100 hairs a day, any shedding beyond that is abnormal and is considered as hair loss. Premature or abnormal hair loss becomes evident when large strands of hair come out while combing, showering, shampooing and combing. Research says that fungal infections, alopecia areata, trauma to the hair shaft, or telogen effluvium are the reasons of hair loss. Normally these conditions represent a temporary rather than a permanent hair loss although in fungal infections and alopecia areata symptoms can reoccur. Fungal infections in toddlers and grade school children are very common and highly contagious. Balding patches from trauma are common also in girls who braid their hair or wear it in a ponytail. Hat friction, or friction from caps, hair bands, or ribbons can also cause bald spots. from my personal experience i can vouch for applying castor oil. This indeed helps.

Hair loss is a natural consequence of getting older. Hair is nothing but a strand of protein growing out of a follicle in the scalp. A single, normal hair lives four to five years before falling out and being replaced. As we age, hair strands become smaller and as a result some of the follicles no longer produce the protein strand. Modern research shows that By the age of 30 approximately 25% of men suffers from baldness. Regular oiling, shampooing and toning of the hair is important. Anoter great regimen to be followed is Yogic exercise and meditation. I heard that these promotes hair growth and prevents premature greying

All the remedies are justified....may be they worked in some cases.....but DUDE.....listen to me....i have been battling hair loss since years......it started at a young age for me too....i can recall that it was due to a traumatic incident that has changed my physiology i guess....it was very stressful and had changed me a lot. I could never come out of it. so i think its basically the overall body mechanism that supports hair growth or hair loss. SO the only remedy is to condition your body. TRY YOGA.....sounds cliched but trust me.....it works....introduce exercise regimes in ure life style. EAt fruits daily. These condition your body which not only prevents or controls hair loss but also is conducive to hair growth. Here are a few things i Do. I take wheat grass juice every morning. and aloe vera juice very helpful ...buy this from RamDev baba s clinic minutes later . 15 mins of aerobics and a lil bit of weight training. After my bath its yoga for 10 mins. and in the evening i do meditation for some time. Its a cure for every disease....mental or physical.
