In Ayurveda honey is called as "Madhu" and is used in all the common medicines. Consuming one spoon of honey daily help us to lead a healthy long life and also to fight against cold

Honey is very good for cold not even cold you can use it for so many purpose also. You can take honey,basil leaves,methi and ajwain and put some water and boil and take this is very good liquid for cold.
Honey is good for beauty also you can take with almond paste , haldi and honey and use this very good for glowing skin
