I want to know more about the style of Raja Ravi Verma`s painting? how extravagant was that? How the great maestro combined traditionality with sheer modernism?

the neo-classical realism made its presence felt in a colossal way amidst the style of Raja Ravi Verma. His paintingxs can be broadly categorized into two broad secions as the "composition based portraits" and the "composition based stories from legends and epics". in the first categories i.e in his composition based portraits the details of facial expressions and emblamatic textures became his style signature.
