music therapy is somewhat a popular alternative treatment of this era. Researchers have pointed out that using music in therapy is indeed a powerful way to reach adults, chidren and adolescents in the typical therapeutic setting. It is a type of therapy where muisc is used to aid people in expressing theirt feelings. Also termed as a creative therapy, music therapy is a great alternative treatment procedure in treating diseases like sleeplessness, autism, alzeighmer etc. researchers have rightly said that "Creative therapy can reach people in ways that traditional therapy sometimes cannot".
