What is Prithvi chikitsa?

Prithvi Chikitsa as the name suggests is an ayurvedic treatment where the element of "Prithvi" is used. One of the fundamental element of Prithvi (earth) is the mud. this mud is used to treat ohysical ailments like skin problem and other metabolic and joint disorders.
