Homeopathic remedies are prescribed by symptoms rather than conditions, as each case of a particular illness can manifest differently in different people. There is no one remedy for a sinus infection. In fact there are many. If you tell more about the disease condition, how it all started, for how long it is there, and a few more basic things about it, then any one homoeopathic medicine could be shortlisted for you.

Yes, I myself underwent the treatment for the same in Homoeopathy, though it is for longer duration but now i have been completely rid of this. What i believe is that Homoeopathy heals the root cause of the problem and hence the problem is rectified permanently. Regards
