Can a tribe is sheduled in two state. As the Bhotia Tribe is domisile of Uttrakhand. Uttrakhand is created in 2001 by reorgnisation of Uttar Prades in two state. Can it is possible Bhotia Tribe domasile of Uttrakand is shaduled in Uttar Pradesh if yes Presidential Notification for Both the state. If No why? Where the Bhotia tribe get resvation in New Jobs of State services and why?

Yes. a tribe can be a domiscile of two states at a time. Like the example that u took is Uttarakhand which was created in the year 2001 by reorganizing Uttar Pradesh in two states. In that case the Bhotia tribes will be the domiscile of the two states and i think that Bhotia tribe will then enjoy the resevation policy of both the states
