Yoga is very effective exercise for the pregnant women. But one should consult the gynecologist and the expert instructor of Yoga before starting Yoga during pregnancy. Yoga helps to keep the body fit during pregnancy, thereby reducing various stress and common symptoms of pregnancy. It also helps to strengthen the muscles of back and abdomen, which is very effective to support the increased body weight and size and helps a lot during pregnancy.
