Yes you can lose your weight by walking regularly everyday for 30 min and other than this you can concern Rxocean doctors for this. The most important thing is that you should choose morning hours because at that time the atmosphere is usually awesome and the air is without any pollutants. If you are looking for healthy vegetarian meals to lose weight you have to make changes in the preparation of the meals as well.
