I am student of M.sc it distance for Punjab Technical University Jalandhar. Im married person before marriage im javelin athlete. im through javelin 55 m long. This is great gap between my practice after marriage. Now im re-start my practice stamina. So, sir kindly give me the guide how can i find Punjab atheletic meet, and how can i more practice tips. Im practicing without any coaching. Im belong to Mandi gobindgarh there ha no coach to guide this. So please guide to me for preparing the athelete.
