VISHWAROOPA is associated with Lord Krishna. while delivering the words of wisdom to Arjuna at Kurukshetra, the Lord reveals himself in His true form. this is referred to as Vishwaroop. in this form the lord represents every element on this earth, every living being.... he is the OMNIPRESENT. according to legends Shri Krishna has shown this roop to more people other than Arjuna.
