As of my knowing do not think of taking tablets for supplementing Vits Minerals etc.Do not give value to the pharma that produces them how ever big or small personal experience .Nature provides every thing in the form of fruits and vegetables .Only fruits to avoid Papaya and Pine apples.Vegetables Avocado and Bamboo shoots mostly used by Chinese foods .Nuts like Cashew and Peanuts. A few tips on diet for pregnancy Don?t drink alcohol. Don?t take excessive caffeine. Don?t eat raw meals and egg daily. Don?t take high mercury fish. Eat some omega -3s. Eat whole grains. Eat excess fruits and vegetables. Take some calcium food. Take some protein food. Drink water as much as possible.

Dates during Pregnancy is another a really good option to include in a pregnant women s diet... unless specified by your doctor it is absolutely safe even healthy to eat dates during pregnancy. Just remember the key is to not eat too much of any food. A high consumption of fruits means a high consumption of sugar. Balance your diet to ensure that it is constituted of at least 2 portions of fruits per day 5 portions of vegetables lean meats non-fat dairy products and whole grains.
