Power yoga, also referred as gym-yoga, is a vigorous fitness based approach and bears affinity with Ashtanga method. Can anybody give me some detailed info about the techniques of power yoga?

Seven Steps for Power Yoga 1. Choose the right time of day, 2. Learn to breathe, 3. Start easy then work your way up, 4. Identify your goals and set a realistic timetable for them, 5. Choose a class or home practice based on your goals and your yoga style, 6. If you picked power yoga because you lose patience easily you might want to tend towards intermediate classes, 7. Always take time in savasana.
