Yes of course. Getting involved in adventurous activities like bungee jumping, paragliding etc serve as an added advantage and people are bound to be attracted with them.

Aman thank you for the idea. After your suggestion last day I read an article on Tajpur: www.indianetzone.com/68/tajpur.htm . It seems interesting. The article says that the place also offers adventure sports like rafting, zorbing, kayaking and rock climbing. And yes I have heard about para sailing but never got the opportunity to try. Do you have any personal experience in para sailing?

Neha, unfortunately I don`t have any experience of para sailing to share but I have a target to hit Tajput shortly for the same. And thanks for the link. The article helped me to have a better idea about my trip.

I don`t agree with this notion much. It depends on interests. There are many people who are just interested in exploring new places and they would visit new places anyways even if they do not offer adventurous activities.

Goa is the ultimate destination for adventure sports in India. Calangute Beach, Sail Rock, Candolim Beach and Amee Shaol are some of the most sought after beaches in Goa.

I absolutely agree with Anamika. Adventure tourism attracts only a certain section of society. There are many hardcore travelers who only love to explore new places just to enjoy scenic beauty, know new culture or taste new delicacies.

These days the demand of adventure tourism is quite high. Due to this sudden demand, many tourist destinations are introducing various sports like rock climbing, kayaking, rafting etc.

I don`t like adventure so adventure tourism never attracts me. I am content with the scenic beauty and local food.
