Chang is a tribe of Nagaland which used to practice headhunting before British era. They had a unique system of organizing Mullang Shon which was like a public court. They used to discuss various issues there.

Prior to the system of Mullang Shon the people of this tribe used to elect the chief on the basis of highest number of headhunting. The chief then used to solve disputes.

Chang is a Naga tribe of Nagaland in India. It is one of the recognized Scheduled Tribes. The tribe was also known as Mazung in British India.
