When the migratory birds travel, the magnetic field of their body gets oriented according to the magnetic field of the earth. Radio signals cause disturbances in this orientation.

I think radio signals interfere with their biological processes and they get disoriented.

But many migratory birds use sun for tracing direction and follow visual landmarks. So its not always the magnetic field according to which they find their way.

Migratory birds tracing their way through magnetic filed is true. Many birds have iron crystals in their beaks which help in their orientation with earth`s magnetic field.
