You should take a very good care of your personal and emotional health to avoid stress at workplace. Engage in activities which lifts up your mood. Try to have food which makes you energetic.

Here are some of the other ways by which you can overcome stress at work place as well. Regular exercise is a powerful stress reliever. Make food choices that keep you going. Get enough sleep.
