dear sir, The information given are really informative,clear and useful. I would like to know the location where the DASAIN FESTIVAL and JANMASTAMI FESTIVALin sikkim is celebrated..please provide me sufficient information if possible....

The Dashain Festival in Sikkim coincides with the Durga Puja of Bengal, UP and Bihar. The Nepalese observe his fiesta as the time for entertainment and bliss. They exchange gifts and also enjoy the grand fiesta. Dashain is usually celebrated on month of Sharat, which is between mid-septembers to mid October every year. It is celebrated at every place in sikkim. In preparation for Dashain every home is cleansed and beautifully decorated, painted as an invitation to the mother goddess. The first nine days of Dashain are called Nawa Ratri when tantric rites are conducted. The first day of Dashain is called Ghatasthapana, which literally means pot establishing. The room where the kalash is established is called Dashain Ghar . As days passes by regular rituals are observed till the seventh day. The seventh day is called Fulpati . he eighth day is called the Maha Asthami, The ninth day is called Nawami and the tenth day is the Dashami
