Ice sketting is mostly played in the places like Shimla, Kashmir, and adjacent places to Himalaya. The main reason is that these places see large amount of snow fall every year. However, artificial ice skating rink can also be made. There is an artificial ice skating rink in Kolkata, where people can enjoy the game. The management of the rink has arranged for all the mechinaries required for preventing the ice from melting. I think, you can contact the industrialists in Gujarat to help establishing an ice skating rink in Gujarat.
