Due to the highly famed sport Cricket, the athlete events in India have gone in vague. People hardly concentrate or watch these events. But these are the only ones to go through to the Olympics. Guys don`t you think that these games should also be famed?

Events like long jump and shot put hardly take place and people know very less about these games. These games should be organised in such a way that people including children should also have some knowledge of these games just like cricket or football.

My daughter is in gymnastics and also takes part in state level, but this hardly gets any exposure. It is very sad that these athletes that lead our nation to the Olympics are not known to Indian people and also about the athletes of India.
