Guys don`t you think that the popularity of the Indian writers is fading away? Is it because of the high demand of the foreign writers like Paulo Coelho, J.K. Rowling, Khaled Hosseini, Salman Rushdie etc or something else?

No not at all. Arvind Adiga, Chetan Bhagat, Durjoy Dutta, Amitava Ghosh, etc. There are many popular India writers. They aren`t fading away.
