Most monasteries offer accommodation for only those who are keen on taking a course or studying Buddhism, some of them across the country also offer stays for tourists and adventure junkies looking for solitude. Can anybody name these monasteries?

Really, is it true??? Buddhist Monasteries really allow tourist to stay inside? Is there any kind of rules to follow while staying there and where can we get this provision to stay in a monastery and experience the lifestyle of a Buddhist monk?
