I am a working women and my routine is to sit in front of PC for 9hrs due to which I realized that I have gained a lot of extra fat around my stomach. Please suggest some yoga exercises which I can do at home as I don t get time to go for any fitness center.

Occasionally stretching yourself also helps to ease your muscles a bit. Also taking brief walks of 2-3 minutes can help relax your eyes as well as muscles of your lumber region.

Eating habits too need to be improved when one is aiming to loose excess fat. Hydration of the body is a must, so intake of water should be increased. Intake of food with zero trans-fat is encouraged, so is food with higher percentage of protein as your system needs more time to break protein and you will feel less hungry.

Hi Madam. Yoga is a one of the best home remedy for everything. It has given us the key to heal each syndrome and side-effects of a lifestyle which we have violated enough. In the day-to-day tough routine of long working hours on chair, our spine gets more overworked than its endurance limit. First of all practice the below yoga asanas every day 15 to 20 minutes regularly; Padangusthasana, Setu Bandha, Sarvangasana, Sukhasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Uttana Shishosana, Ardha Uttanasana, Supta Padangusthasana and Dandasana.
