No. How can drinking water be a health risk? Yes it`s true that water spreads many diseases but purified water is not at all harmful to us.

Drinking a lot of water is never risky. It is in fact good for your health. Water is extremely important for humans. If you do not take in adequate water then your body will get de hydrated and you will have several health issues.

We`ve all heard how important it is to stay hydrated especially when it?s hot and we`re doing exercise but can there be too much of a good thing Sometimes over drinking water can be dangerous even fatal in some cases. It can lead to a condition called `Dilutional Hyponatraemia`. Drinking too much water is potentially a deadly condition in which one that can throw off the balance between water and sodium in your blood.

Drinking water should always be safe but along with that it should also be limited. Drinking lots of water to cleanse your body does not mean that you are told to drink unlimited quantity of water. Anything too much is always harmful for anybody.
