Migraine headaches are usually associated with sensitivity to light, sound and smells. The headache of a migraine often involves only one side of the head, but in some cases patients may experience pain bilaterally or on both sides. What are the symptoms of Migraine and how can it be treated?

These factors that can trigger migraine attacks: alteration of sleep-wake, cycle missing or delaying a meal, medications that cause a swelling of the blood vessels, daily or near daily use of medications designed for relieving headache attacks, bright lights, sunlight, fluorescent lights, TV and movie viewing, foods and excessive noise.

How can this be treated apart from medication? This is because, I am suffering from this problem and years ago when I was in medication I have gained 10kgs weight for the side-effects of its medicines. So I want to avoid any prescribed medicines and want to opt for home remedies. Is there any solution for my problem?
