People used to devote their several hours by working in a fixed position. This is only ruining your life. Sitting all day puts us at high risk for obesity and increases many body pain issues.

Neck-shoulder-hip-knee-feet rolling and few minutes of walking after every 2 hours will keep you fit although working in a desk job.
