Temple sculptures in India dates back to 4th century A.D. These sculptures have marked the architectural grandeur of Indian Temples for decades and are distinguished worldwide. Sculptures at Temples of Konark, Mahabalipuram caves, Ajanta, etc. exemplify the essence of it. Can any one name more such exquisite sculptures or works of art that are noteworthy?
