Kerala is best known for its marvellous beaches. Along the 600 Km. length of the lush green vegetation of Kerala coast, is blessed with many fine sanded, internationally renowned beaches and rocky headlands. Kovalam with its three adjacent crescent beaches and Eve beach in the middle are the best known ones. Kanyakumari beach is close to Chennai and is just two hours away from Kovalam. The three oceans - the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean meet at Kanya Kumari. The scene of sun rising and sun setting here are soul stirring moments. Marina Beach in Chennai is believed to be the second longest in the World, while Mahabalipuram offers matchless splendor along its coastline.
