Is it true that Homeopathic medicines take longer time to cure ailments than those of allopathy?

Homeopathy is a holistic treatment method that treats the person as much as it does the disease. It thus not only zero down the disease but also identifies the root cause. Curing then becomes a longer process if we compare it to other treatment procedure. In other words, one gets as many details as possible about the ailment from the patient and then matches them to all the symptoms that can be elicited from certain plant / mineral / animal extracts which when given to a healthy person in quantities accepted by conventional knowledge of chemistry and biology to cause a reaction. Its impossible to say in that way that allopathy is faster or homeopathy is slower as the line of treatment is completely different. homeopathy believes that in order to cure a disease you must use treatments that fight the diseases directly.
