As we know that film is a significant art form, a basis of widely accepted entertainment and a controlling medium for educating citizens. The visual basis of a film gives a worldwide influence of communication. With the time it is evolving and I think it can play a very strong role in creating awareness among the viewers. As I have seen that people are getting too much influenced by it, so what are your opinions? Do you think that films can cause Social troubles among the society?

It is very depressing that people react very roughly, but recently there have been much news about the clashes of the villagers at the sets of `Padmavati` by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

In my opinion, Indian films have brought about more negativity then positive tenants to viewers/society. Gangsterism, violence, drinking habits, betrayal, adultery, truancy, child prostitution, wife beating and many more negative portrayal in films have taken root in both villages and towns. To a certain extent we can out rightly say that cinema is also a root cause of evil in today`s society.

I absolutely agree with Maniam PS. If a medium is teaching us the positive things, it is also showing the negative side also.
