I have heard about Yoga that it can help prevent many kinds of problem and physical problems. Can anybody tell me which yoga asanas can help me to cure lower back pain problem? How to perform that yoga asanas?

Lower back pain is one of most common complaints. But I think you must firstly confirm about the cause of your lower back pain and then only try for yoga poses.

Yoga Poses like Adho Mukha Savasana, Marjariasana, Kapotasana, Balasana and Bhujangasana, are very effective for Lower Back Pain. These are very easy to practice.

Thanks Rasika, for the Yoga Poses. But among all, I just know about Bhujangasana as one of my friend had recommended me, she does it for her lower back pain and even easy to practice.

You might go for a checkup, it might happen due to deficiency of few Vitamin also like Vitamin b12.

No you can start Yoga without any doctor`s recommendation, but must be regular in it. If still back pain prevails must consult a doctor.

I think initially it happens. Like when I started doing yoga I was feeling body ache, but after started doing on daily basis its all gone and now it`s has become my habit.
