I have seen so many of my friends to lose 7-10kgs within few months. Weight loss is obviously good for your health but what about extreme weight loss? Is a huge and drastic weight loss good or bad?

The consequences of extreme dieting are physical fatigue, continuous hunger pangs, sinus problems, gallbladder disease, rashes, malnutrition that may lead to dehydration, acidosis, constipation and regaining of the lost weight after the diet.
