Homeopathic medicines work best when administered early in acute cases, hence it makes sense to have a stock of some commonly required homeopathic medicines in your home. Keep the following medicines handy as you may need them often in cases of injuries and illnesses. You need to take three pellets of the indicated medicine under the tongue and suck them. Now let us go through the list of the common homeopathic medicines that one should stock at home: 1. ARNICA: This is the first remedy to be used for any type of injury or accident. 2.APIS: This is given in case of insect sting with redness, heat, and burning pain relieved by applying cold water. 3. ACONITE: Useful at the first sign of cold or fever after exposure to cold dry winds. Also useful if there is fear and restlessness after an injury. 4. CALENDULA: Useful in open cuts and wounds to speed up the healing process 5. BELLADONA: Useful when there is sudden onset of complaints, especially fever or headache or ear pain pain is right sided with redness and throbbing and heat. 6. BRYONIA: Useful in viral fevers where there is dryness of mucus membranes, great thirst for cold drinks, irritability and pain which are worse by any type of motion. 7. RHUS TOX: This is another useful injury remedy which is useful for joint pains arising out of injuries such as twists, sprains, strains, etc worse by initial motion but better by cold applications. The pain is worse in cold/wet conditions. The patient is often restless both mentally and physically. 8. RUTA: This is another injury remedy indicated in injuries to bones and tendons, especially where the bones are close to the surface. 9. ARSENICUM ALBUM: Useful in food poisoning with diarrhea and vomitting with great thirst for small sips of cold water and extreme restlessness. 10. MAG PHOS: Useful in cramps especially menstrual cramps which is better by heat and pressure. 11. NUX VOMICA: This remedy is highly useful in conditions of overindulgence in food, drinks, alcohol, etc. There is severe nausea and patient feels that if he could vomit he would feel much better. 12. HYPERICUM: Indicated in cases of nerve injuries with shooting pains along the path of nerves.

I am sharanya 25 yrs Indian girl. I would like to discuss about the remedy of hair and eye. My eyes burns,pains and looks red .And feels as if sand in the eyes.I asked homeopathic otc eye drops but it burns eyes a lot. And some times there as a spark as if star twinkle infront of eyes.And I have too much dark circles under the eyes Now my mostly black hair has gone.And the hair colour is brown.gray and white.The hair looks life less I brought Ruta G 6c and Gelsemium 30 and Weisbaden200 Are this remedy?Does it possible to suggest me dose of the remedy.I want to say How many days to continue the remdy? when Ruta G 6c remedy finishs ,is it requied to wait for 1day to a start Weisbaden200 ? Are there otc eye drops? Regards
