It is a matter of great honour that the world famous Cricket magazine, Wisden has included the names of five Indian cricketers in its Dream Test Team, announced on 8 April, 2009. The Indian skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been selected as the Captain of the Dream Team and the other Indian players include in the team include the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan. The dashing opener, Virender Sehwag was also named as the Leading Cricket in the World for 2008 . I think this is one of the best period Indian cricket has ever seen. What say? Do you think that this honour will further motivate the Indian cricket team to play well in the upcoming tournaments? Do you think that more Indian cricketers will be included in the upcoming best World Test teams?

Well Kongkan you are right saying that it is one of the best time for Indian cricket. Wisden, the official site of the Cricketer s Almanack, has declared Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag as the leading cricketer of the world for the year 2008 thus making him the first Indian to earn the honour. Moreover, it is a matter of proud because no other country has more than two players in the Wisden list whereas India has five cricketers name included in that. This will definitely motivate the Indian team to move ahead. But, this is a game where we cannot make guesses. Anything can happen when two teams are playing in the field. We can just hope that Indian team performs much better in future to make a place in the upcoming best World Test teams.

Its a very proud moment for the Indian Cricket that 5 Indian players have been placed in the Dream Team. It means at present the performance of our players is on the top. This is also a challenge for us now to maintain our top position as other teams will try to superss our performance level but we have to maintain our perfection.
