The Indian cricket team has done a fabulous job by holding the 2nd Test against New Zealand a draw. The job is praiseworthy, as the Indian batsmen have batted continuously for more than three days in the match. Though, they got all out for a mere 305 in the first innings, they proved their mettle in the second innings and scored 476/4 to ensure that the match is a draw. With this draw, India is still leading the Test series 1-0 and the hope of winning a Test series on New Zealand soils after 41 years is also very much alive. I think this is one of the best performances of the Indian team in New Zealand. What say?

Yes Kongkan, I agree with you. But, I think we should wait till the third Test is over. If India can win the final test also, that would definitely be one of the greatest achievements in the history of Indian cricket. I think all the Indians are waiting eagerly for that glorious moment when MS Dhoni & Co. will beat New Zealand at Wellington and give a victory lap around the stadium.
Indian team is performing quite consistently, be it the shorter or the longer version of the game under the captancy of M.S Dhoni. Winning this test match was truly a formidable feat and it would be great to see the team India win once again on the foreign soil.

With due respect to the Indian players who made us proud when they won us the World Cup in 1983, i think this Indian team is the best It has a proper combination of experience and young blood. The likes of Sachin, Dravid, Sehwag, Zaheer, Laxman add tons of experience to the team while the young, aggressive yet consistent Gambhir, Ishant is delivering the goods and winning the matches. Most importantly, the way Dhoni has been leading the team in the recent past, it won t be a over-statement ifit is said that India is the number one team today. Way to go Team India..
