Gana shows the measure of compromise one would make for the other in the marriage. Rakshasa gana is ever demanding gives back nothing. He feels strange when someone expresses the need for sharing , though not sharing or adjusting himself ,asks others to make room for him and sometimes grabs it steals it to the discomfort of the other. His needs are paramount to him/her and others needs is invasion into his space.

I would disagree. Rakshasa gana indicates greater need experimenting with taboo subjects / activities. not necessarily to the discomfort of the other

We cant say that Rakshasa gana people are not good people. I think Manushya gana people can be very selfish because they have the mix nature of god and rakshasa. Manushya gana people can change their desicions every now and then but dev and rakshasa gana s people dont change their desicions once they decided to do something. One more thing about Rakshash and deva gana people is that these people never talk rudely with other people.

How does one find out to which Gana does he belong to. It would also be interesting if some one could list all the ganas and their Characteristic features here for the benefit of all members of the forum.

This is a very interesting question. My moon sign is Vishakha rakshasa but my sun sign is not Rakshasa i think it s Capricorn - Srvana . So i m not sure if the personality is a combination of different things. I think my personality is kind of shy, but very independent. I do like to do things my way, but i don t like to take anything away from everyone - i just think everyone should have at least little bit of freedom : Maybe this is what rakshasa is :
