hello.. thanks for this wonderful post. I have a mostalgic feeling with the Indian traditional game, Kabaddi. Kabaddi is probably the only game of offence and defense in which attack is an individual attempt, while defense is a combined effort. I think even today the modern Indian kids play Kabaddi.
Thanks from my part too...for such a nostalgic post. Im still fascinated with my childhood game of hide and seek....my cousins and myself would be the players concealing ourselves in the environment, to be found by one or more seekers . Numerous variants of the game can be found worldwide. However, many ghostly stories and events are also related to this game. We often played it in dark and felt something eerie that lead to a shrill scream and end of the game. However, it was always a funny episode in my childhood...

Hey guys....theres some lovely corner out here to share my childhood days....my favorite game during those days were KHo KHo, mainly because it was an outdoor game and allowed me a great space from the nagging texts books. Kho- Kho is a game played in 2 innings by 12 nominated players out of 15, on each side. Initially 9 players start the game and 3 are kept reserve. One team becomes the chasers and the other the defenders or runners. In the game, the chaser pursues the runners tags and touches them and makes them out. Each team has to chase and defend for 9 minutes twice in a match. However, the game rules were altered many a times for our convenience..........but yes..enjoyment never declined
