Im not much aware of contemporary Tollywood actors, but Rituparna Sengupta is one of the striking actress of her time. Rituparna Sengupta is a leading Bengali actress and lately, she has been getting accolades for her Hindi films in Bombay. Rituparna excelled with her performance in both commercial mainstream and parallel films. She received National award for Best Actress for her role in Rituparno Ghosh s Dahan . Rituparna also acted in Hindi films and still acting in both Bengali and Hindi films. Apart from acting, Rituparna is a dancer and performs group dance shows with her team. Hi all......I am a great admirer of Tota Roy Choudhury, not only for his acting capabilities but also for his physique and personality. I loved his acting in Chokher Bali, where he is Mahendra s best friend Behari and he deals with issues like distrust, adultery, lies, and numerous fallings-out. He has done many more films like Podokkhep 2008 , Tintorettor Jishu 2008, Golmaal 2008, Mon Amour: Shesher Kobita Revisited 2008, The Game: 90 Ghanta 2008, Abhinetri 2006, Dosar 2006, Shunya E Buke 2005, Shiba 2002 and Shubho Mahurat 2002.

She made her acting debut as a child artiste in the television serial Tero Parban .Indrani is one of the few actresses Bengali cinema currently prides itself for. She shared a national award with Rituparna Sengupta in the best actress category in 1998, for the film Dahan in the 42nd National Film Festival of India.

Hi all....Iam quite impressed with the works young actress Koyel Mallick is executing. She is the daughter of Bengali actor Ranjit Mallick. Expressive, beautiful and blessed with a natural star appeal, Koel is an Odissi dancer as well. With in a short span of time she became one of the most happening stars in the Bengali film industry. She also acted in supporting roles in popular films like Yuddho , M. L. A. Fatakeshto , Minister Fatakeshto , Chander Bari etc.
From all the Tollywood actors and actresses...I would like to make a mention of Roopa Ganguly. She has been in Bengali films for more than a decade and still has the charm and beauty of her youth. She became popular after playing Draupadi in the hit Television series Mahabharat.
