Should we call the naxalites and LTTE terrorists? Did our indian freedom fighters group of extremists can be called terrorists by the British? What is the colour and essence of terrorism in India and other countries. Why do people become terrorists? Whether their demands were not met or is it a cult of modern civilizartion?

Terrorism is the use of violence and threat to intimidate and it is without a cause. In my opinion this termology cannot and should not be used on freedom fighters. Freedom fighters have a cause and they are willing to sacrifice their life for that cause which is to free their country from certain powers. If we look at history, there were freedom fighters in few countries to oppose the colonial powers and India was one. We should respect these freedom fighters and honour them as heroes and not terrorists.
