While running after money we ignore our health. We forget that health is wealth. No matter how much we work and earn money, end of the day if our health is not in the right condition we will become frustrated. A bad health stops us from enjoying our life. It puts limitation to our steps. So I think it is high time that we should give our health a little attention and inculcate good habits. So friends, lets share our opinion of a healthy lifestyle.

I think `eating healthy meals at the right time` is one of the important healthy habits we should adapt. Most of the health problems like gastric, ulcer, obesity etc arise due to not inculcating this habit. Many working people prefer having lunch from outside. But this is not going to help in the long run. There is no harm in carrying a lunch box. It won`t make us look like kid rather it will save us from many diseases.

Drinking minimum 8 glasses of water and having proper sleep at night are also important. Water keeps us dehydrated by cleaning our system and proper sleep ensures peace of mind.

Interesting topic to share with everyone..Our uneasy or messy life style turns us into a puppet.. Most of people run after money but they forget their health in this race.. We must take care of our health.. Take proper sleep of at-least 8 hours a night.. Drink more than 8 glass of water in a day.. regular go for morning walk..

Due to our busy lifestyle, we have started depending upon processed food. This is another reason for having bad health. Relying on it during emergency is reasonable but blindly depending on it is like digging one`s own grave. Processed foods have a high fat and salt content and are usually loaded with added salt. They are also filled with preservatives and coloring. Obviously these things are not going to do any good to our health.
