There are several things that we know are harmful for our health but still many of us fail to avoid them like eating food without washing hands, drinking little water, not brushing teeth before sleeping etc. Such things are totally under our control and with little attention we can avoid germs from attacking our body. There is a saying `to keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear`. So friends, lets discuss about the common health related mistakes that we commit and the ways to avoid them.

Yes, I have noticed these issues amongst many people. Such people have zero hygiene sense. They don`t bother about what and how they eat. They must realize that eating food without washing hands is inviting germs to our health.

Yes, it is very important to maintain Hygiene. It is necessary to wash vegetables before cooking them. Wash your hands before cooking and eating. Kitchen and food storage place should be clean and tidy.

Yes, I agree with you because I too noticed these kinds of issues like eating food without washing hands and many people do not brush their teeth before going to sleep in the night. Taking healthy food is important but how much healthy food we are taking is also very important. If we don`t wash our hands before taking food, germs spoil our health. To avoid these things, self care is very important.
