Stress is one of the biggest enemy of our health. We cannot avoid stress from our life these days. But we can reduce it below a certain level if we want. First of all, we need to control our emotions and few exercises can help us to control that. If anyone know about those exercises please let me know here.

Atanu, one of the best reasons to remain stress free is to keep the heart happy. And one who walks regularly and maintains balanced diet will have a good heart. Renowned cardiac surgeon Devi Prasad Shetty said in an interview that the key to good heart is walking and balanced food.

Yeah true. The benefits of meditation for stress management are immense. Meditation reverses stress response by shielding one from the effects of chronic stress. When practicing meditation one`s heart rate slows down and blood pressure normalizes. One finds himself at ease. Meditation clears one`s mind off all negativity. That is why meditation is regarded as a magical remedy to stress. The only problem with meditation is that it requires commitment, discipline and patience. So initially, one might find it difficult but with time one can also make it an inseparable part of life.

Yoga is also beneficial. But one should consult a doctor or yoga expert before trying the asanas.

One of the main reasons of stress in people is lack of time. Some people equip themselves with so much work that they hardly get `me-time`. One should learn to prioritize their commitments and make sure to have some time for themselves. One can dedicate this particular time to the things they love to do like reading, writing, listening music, swimming etc. This `me-time` adds happiness and relaxation to their lives.

Thanks for the suggestion, Sophia. But I think walking is not enough because now it is hard to find much time for walking as Minakshi said. Meditation, listening music are good ways to control stress. Except this, someone suggested me to have Healthbuddy herbal ashwagandha anti stress capsules which is getting very much popular now for its effectiveness. I think it is working because of its ingredient like ashwagandha.

You are right, Atanu. Walking is not enough but I think it should be an integral part of our lives. I agree that it is a low-impact form of exercise but it ensures loads of benefits like it strengthens the heart, lowers disease risk, keeps weight in check and makes one happy. You must be having doubt about the last point. Well, walking means getting active and an active body releases feel-good endorphins into the bloodstream which reduces stress and anxiety.

Atanu, there is an old proverb saying that the happiest man is the one who thinks himself happy. If by any means one has stress, Music Yoga is the best natural way to reduce it. Apart from this, there are many herbal medicines made from ashwagandha to reduce the levels of stress.

One of the easiest ways to remain stress free is - `Learn to manage time, expect less and try to find pleasure in small things`. One should focus on these three factors to eradicate negativity from mind.

One of the easiest ways to manage stress is to manage time. There are many people who fail to manage their time which creates chaos in their other works. Proper management of time is very important for a healthy lifestyle.

To manage stress, first figure out where the stress is coming from and then find out ways to control them. This helps a lot in understanding the weak points. Once you have discovered the points, you can check and modify your reactions to those points.
