Nepotism means generally the favoritism shown on the basis of family relationship. Recently Kangna Ranaut said that Karan Johar is the father of nepotism which is true. Nepotism in bollywood results failure of these actors like Abhishek Bacchhan, Fardeen Khan, Esha Deol, Harman Baweja, Tanisha Mukherjee, Uday Chopra, Adhyayan Suman, Aditya Narayan, Tushar Kapoor, Mimoh Chakraborty, etc.

You are absolutely right @Bindita Sinha. Look at the results of Nepotism; only failure.

But look at the Kapoors. Nobody has failed in this field. The Kapoors have always touched the height of success in their life although having lots of hypes in the media.

This is so ridiculous. There are many celebrities who support the practise of Nepotism in the Bollywood industry.

There are some celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and also actress like Madhuri Dixit, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut who came to the industry just as an outsider worked hard and got success. Their hard works prove that they do not require any `God Father` to help them.
