Ziro is a beautiful plateau and is one of the oldest towns in Arunachal Pradesh. This beautiful hill station is renowned for the terrace paddy fields where the unique system of poly-culture and water management is practiced by the local people.

The best place to visit in Ziro is the Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary where one gets the opportunity to watch many endangered animals and birds. The main scene in the Sanctuary is the wide-variety of orchids, long ranging bamboo, palm leaves, silver fir wood, etc.
