Very few of us might even know that the first speech delivered by our first Prime minister of Independent India was called `Tryst with Destiny`. Can anyone tell me about the content of the speech and what exactly was the concept of Nehruji?

`Tryst with destiny` means ``to make a secret deal with something that is in destined for us``...

Tryst with destiny is one of great speeches of 20th century this world ever seen deliver by India s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. This phrase means `Independence of India destined to happen`.
