It would be beneficial if we could inform ourselves about unavoidable toxicity and necessary precautions. Everyday we consume cereals, vegetables, milk, fruits and other edibles from the market. The way they are produced, they carry a lot of harmful chemicals and other elements along with their nutritive ingredients. It is simply impossible to avoid their consumption. Therefore, it is useful to know how we can purge ourselves from their toxic elements. Lets discuss...
Thanks for the post... Just not only food habits i believe that in a life full of stress and strain, the production of toxin in our body is pumped up. So it is indeed necessary to know how to deal with toxicity.. I think yoga is very much helpful in releasing toxins. asana practice does release toxins if done regularly. Once my yoga teacher said that if we hold the arms straight overhead for half a minute several times then also it cleanse out the lymph system in the area of the underarm, so that must mean we re releasing toxins...

Yoga is certainly one way.. i want to vouch for water therapy for cleansing body from toxins. Water therapy is a very simple treatment. Everyday you have to take 1.5 liters of purified water.water therapy is beneficial if done in empty stomach.
hello everybody... i have a query regarding this detoxification.. i have read that the toxins are stored in fat cells.. so if somebody concentrates on loosing weight and eventually looses weight does that mean that he is getting rid of toxins also... please answer

Losing weight is a detox of sorts. When you lose fat, you are hopefully putting into your body good, nutritious whole foods, preferably organic... however its just a part of the detox process
