salt therapy is also called Halotherapy or speleotherapy and is a well known alternative treatment in curing respiratory disorders. Salt Therapy helps in all respiratory condition, asthma, bronchitis, allergies, sinusities, ear infection, cystic fibrosis, snoring and maintains a good hygiene on the respiratory system, while cleaning and reducing inflammation and promoting healing.
