Jnana Mudra is familiar among the Mudras, practised by various religions. It is a good process for increasing concentration and ensures that the person who practices it achieves organized thoughts. There are two methods of doing the Jnana Mudra. In the first method the tips of the thumb and the index finger touch each other and it is the passive receiving position. In the second method the tip of the index finger touches the first thumb joint with light pressure and this one is an actively giving position.

Hello.. Hakini Mudra also helps in increasing concentration. Researchers have determined that this Mudra can promote the cooperation between the right and left brain hemispheres. The process of practicing Hakini Mudra is to place all the fingertips together while remembering something. The process also follows directing the eyes upward and placing the tip of tongue on gums while inhaling, and let the tongue fall again while exhaling.
