Asanas like, Matsyasana, Tadagasana, Pawan muktasana, Makarasana, Noukasana, Uttanpadasana, Halasana and many more improve the tone and strength of the abdominal muscles and thigh muscles. The muscles are strengthened if yoga asanas are practiced on a regular basis. Asanas reduce the fat in the abdomen and waist. All the organs and cells of the body become active, thus increasing the immunity against diseases.
